At this time we do not accept returns. If you have any questions about products please inquire prior to purchasing something.
1. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship to the United States for now. We do have plans to expand and offer worldwide shipping very soon!
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based solely on USPS price per weight of your package.
3. How do I edit my order if I spelt my address wrong?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can change the address on your order. There is a processing time before we ship out orders so we can make a change. However, please note that once the item has shipped you must consult the postal service to change the address.
4. When will my order arrive?
Non-custom orders: 1-2 processing time and 2-3 day shipping ( as long as there are no USPS delays)
Custom orders: Up to three weeks
*Please note if you order something custom and non-custom we ship everything at one time.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).
1. How should I take care of my jewelry?
Your jewelry will be made of high quality metal and but we recommend to not let it get wet if you can as that may affect durability. This means take off your jewelry in the shower, when getting into a pool or when working out.
